Multi-paradigm Logic Programming

چکیده
A disjunctive temporal logic programming language, called Disjunctive Chronolog is presented in this paper. Disjunctive Chronolog combines the ideas of both temporal logic programming and disjunctive logic programming. The new language is capable of expressing dynamic behaviour as well as uncertainty, two notions that are very common in a variety of real systems. Minimal model semantics, model state semantics and xpoint semantics are developed for the proposed language and their equivalence is shown.

Multi-Adjoint Logic Programming
A synthesis of results of the recently introduced paradigm of multi-adjoint logic programming is presented. These results range from a proof theory together with some (quasi)completeness results to general termination results, and from the neural-like implementation of its fix-point semantics to the more general biresiduated multi-adjoint logic programming and its relationship with other approa...
متن کاملA Multi-paradigm Approach for Mobile Agents Development
Mobile agent systems have received important attention in the last years as a new programming paradigm for widely distributed and heterogeneous systems. In this article, a multi-paradigm approach for the development of intelligent mobile agents is presented. It integrates both object-oriented and logic paradigms. The rationale for this approach comes from the fact that although the object-orien...
متن کاملA Procedural Semantics for Multi-adjoint Logic Programming
Multi-adjoint logic program generalise monotonic logic programs introduced in [1] in that simultaneous use of several implications in the rules and rather general connectives in the bodies are allowed. In this work, a procedural semantics is given for the paradigm of multiadjoint logic programming and completeness theorems are proved.
متن کاملMulti-paradigm Logic Programming Some Applications of Functional-logic Programming
We show examples for higher-order functional logic programming in which both programming concepts nicely complement each other. These include modeling distributed systems, parsing and hardware synthesis.
